 Michael Shirey is a certified personal property appraiser with the Certified Appraisers Guild of America specializing in classic, antique, and specialty vehicles.  He’s been involved with classic cars for over 35 years and is passionate about preserving, restoring, and enjoying vehicles that are more than daily transportation.  His knowledge of these vehicles is extensive. 

Collector car appraisals start at $300 with additional fees for travel outside the Erie area.  Each vehicle is researched, and the final report documents the condition and value in a format suitable for submission to an insurance company, financial institution, or court.
